We want you to love CaptainEnglish. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at info@teacherangelo.com and we'll arrange the refund for you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal (Pricing → Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Renewals after 30 days

After the 30-day window, renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time to prevent future charges. If something went seriously wrong (a billing error, accidental double charge, or unauthorised payment) please contact us — we'll always make it right.
